  This sport centre is within twenty minutes walking uphill from the MTR Lai King Station. There are basketball court and badminton court. In addition to the above, squash court/table tennis room and fittness centre are other facilities inside. Shower tub inside the wash room provide hot water all year round. It is a nice place to work out or to play ball games with your friend. However, advance booking is required for the basketball/badminton court but all facility are indoor so your activity will not be disrupted regardless of weather.
