  To apply for an Indian visa or to renew your passport, you need to visit the 10th Floor of Caltex House in Wan Chai. The Consulate has outsourced these services to a company called BLS International. The most important thing you need to know if you're going to renew your passport is that you must fill in the ONLINE application and then print it out. DO NOT download the forms and handwrite them- they're outdated and it's a waste of time, trust me, I found out the hard way. Take photocopies of your ID card, addresses, and be prepared for any/all outcomes.
