  Check in was nice and quick. Your key has to be in a slot by the door to have power in your room, they didn't mention that so it took a call back down to figure out what was going on. Upon initial browsing of the area I was a little put off, seemed to be all industrial stuff with few restaurants but later discovered there are a lot of newer places and a lot of harder to find restaurants. It's an up and coming area it seems. Only about a 10-15 minute ride from the main Central area of the island also. Room was small but clean and serviceable. Had an Apple TV installed in room as well as a few channels. In house restaurant was alright (only did breakfast). Hotel decor was pretty trendy and cool. Looked like it was geared towards a younger crowd but most of the guests I saw were on the older side. They will call you a taxi and tell them where you are going if you like. Overall I enjoyed the stay and would stay there again.

  My first intro to the Ovolo brand. Rooms comfortable, clean and stylish but maybe trying a little too hard to be industrial. Bathrooms tiny. Some excellent service and follow-ups push it from 4 to 5 star.

  The Employees were genuinely friendly. More than eager to assist and please their guests. All of my expectations were exceeded, especially regarding the bountiful breakfast. Rooms were very unique and offered some pleasant surprises! I added an extra night to enjoy more of the exceptional service. Conveniently located near the Metro and Ocean Park.

  Superb place.....ambience and staffing par excellance.... Well stocked refrigerator with beer juices and fizzy drinks.... replenished daily....happy hours needs more variety than pizza squares and nachos though.... especially if you stay for 7 days like I did...rooftop bar has an amazing view....5 stars for the positive vibes the place gives you on all counts

  This is an outstanding hotel which is modern, clean, and very cute. They have complimentary coffee, tea and biscuits for guests and they encourage you to take all the neat drinks and items from your room. Upon arrival there was a loot bag with goodies in the room. The only flaw to this establishment is the size of the rooms. They are a little smaller than expected but nothing you can't handle. The water pressure is the best I've seen in any hotel! Take advantage of their free laundry self serve and their gym. I'll definitely stay here again in my future.
