  Effectively located close by to Times Square shopping area and Causeway bay. There is also convenient tram stop just a minute walk away. Attentive staff and comfortable bed. Breakfast seating is in "sharing Chinese style" mode :)

  Wonderful, child friendly hotel, with friendly staff, large rooms/suites, and a terrific view of the Jockey Club and city. Breakfast was a large selection of hot and cold foods, and located near to many restaurants and stores.

  Room was clean. Bottled water was great. Cell phone was helpful. Front desk staff was cold.

  I give it a star because it is at least clean Service is terrible Why would room service knock on a door with a sign privacy please?? I can't believe this...and so many times too... I couldn't even get a good sleep

  Great location in Wan Chai. Easy to get to the heart of the action in Hong Kong. The hotel was high quality and a good price. Our room overlooked the happy valley racecourse - a must attend if you are there on a Wednesday night. There is a gym. It has some good equipment including free weights, lay pull down machine, leg weight machine, stepper and treadmills. Food was average, I’d recommend going for a walk to an actual restaurant rather then eating in.
