::Disgusting business man. 3 yrs on and we’ve never had such a terrible furniture-buying experience as we still have a bed frame with missing and broken drawers from day 1. I honestly think his “good” reviews on google are friends that submitted for him to offset the horrible first hand experiences legitimately mentioned here. Frankly horrible business man and terrible human being for his behavior. Chris Exlike is a dishonest, a complete liar who has had many poor sales transactions. I compare him to a bad con artist for the way he conducts business. Pls read thru these reviews cause they speak for themselves.

::DON'T TRUST CHRIS, the owner & DON'T BUY ANY FURNITURE THERE! We had the worst experience ever in Hong Kong. We agreed on a coffee table to get shipped back home and we payed for it. We didn't received any confirmation or anything. As soon as we started to call and ask for it, Chris totally lied and never got back to us. Chris is a liar and professional at all! He shouldn't be able to run a business at all. There are so many honest local shops with excellent choices to buy!!!!

::Chris and the team were super helpful when we needed to rent a bed for guests who were planning on staying with us (this is actually the 2nd time we use them). They worked around our schedule, were punctual and professional throughout. We'll use them again next time.

::I bought an item and due to a comedy of errors our side we didn’t pick it up for 14 months and yet Chris remembered us and had no problem honouring the original transaction with the exact same item. Entirely my fault and yet a really positive interaction. I can’t really comment on the negative reviews other than to say Chris tells me they are no longer doing made to order furniture which seems to be where all the complaints come from. Can honestly say all my interactions were positive and professional.
