  This furniture shop has been very useful for me since I started living in town, their furniture is nice, perfectly sized and beautifully designed. There are often good promotions and it's really good value for money according to me. Ju is always joking, helping and very nice. I definitely recommend this shop!

  Their custom made furniture is an absolute nightmare. You pay full price upfront and they got the measurements wrong. Overcharged because they had the design wrong - made the shelf double in size covering the air-con outlet. Requested a frame for mattress and ended up almost not enough space for the mattress. Scratched my brand new floor, ceilings and walls as only 2 incapable staff were installing. Furniture craftsmanship is extremely poor. The new furniture has surface scratches and rough edges - does not look new to me. Worst of all the furniture has a very strong SMELL - the smell has not gone after 4 months inside the room with windows open. They insisted it is not formaldehyde - who knows. I am still not able to use the room because of the smell. I would have given no star if I could. They stopped responding to me after I told them they made a big dent to my wall after the final installation. Money paid and you got a load of rubbish. Owner on the phone tells you smell is subjective and takes "a while" to go away with windows open all the time. What is a while? 5 years or 10 years? You expect furniture in a room that windows cannot be closed on rainy days and for air-condition in summer? Oh and she suggested putting some "perfume balls" to get rid of the smell. Where to get those "perfume balls"? And when I told her my past custom-made furniture made by my relative did not smell she said "why didn't you get them to make it?" oh come on you think I want to if I had the choice? My relative has retired! Well at least she admitted there is customer who complained of bad smell before so isn't it obvious her furniture has a serious problem?

  Recommended by my designer and absolutely no regret getting them to custom make my furniture. It might not have been the same experience for everyone but I think they have good customer service, their sales person made an extra effort to make sure that my orders are followed thru and meet my timeline! Bought a few other items which are on sale to accommodate my furniture at a reasonably low price and surprisingly good quality! I will recommend my friends to check you guys out!
