  Horrid experience. The sofa that came was completely different from the picture in the website and what I saw in the showroom. Not just that, it was very poor quality and the sofa foots had to be forcefully drilled in and was uneven. It may as well been from a Taobao con seller. True story, and don't let their overly positive reviews fool you like it did me. I bet they're all fake. Nothing here but overpriced cheap goods.

  I’ve been here a dozen times, while the showroom is packed, I always fine new furniture & decor items I love. They always get new items in. Definitely a huge selection and great service. I got a custom shelf before and it was amazing how they knew exactly how to make the drawings all for free and had me check them and build the shelf in just a few weeks. It was very nice of them and I definitely appreciate Decor8 and all their service they have offered me. Very happy customer and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for new or custom industrial shelves.

  Excellent furniture shop that tailors to interior designers as well as companies and residential clientele. Very widespread selection online. Some models online not in showroom, but they were able to get some pieces in for me per my request. Very accommodating and nice people.

  Over the course of 5 years I've bought about 3-4 different sofas for my rental flats. They were very helpful in helping me customize my sofas. I needed to trim off about 10cm from one of their existing models...Another one I needed new upholstery done. They were able to do so in about 2 weeks, And they also offered walk up service my 5 floor walk up. The prices are very affordable. I highly recommended this place for anyone with rental flats or just anyone looking for nice designer sofas. Highly Recommended #1!

  As a designer, this is my favorite furniture shop in Hong Kong. This place is a hidden gem and all the interior designers and architects use this place. They have a massive selection of swatches. While they are a bit protective of their swatches sometimes I understand because I see a lot of people try to cut out their swatches. After i worked on a few projects with them they have helped me deliver swatches to my clients which has been amazing. Also they also make samples and help with product test outs which really is important for me and my clients because I want to make sure my clients will like the products. Unbelievable service. Very satisfied and highly recommended.
