::Staff was very helpful, but the after sell have a VERY slow response time... took my x3 to fix back in Feb 2017... I made a payment for delivery to UK in mid May... asking them to let me know when they post the x3 to me... now is June... I assumed they still have not post it because I didn't get a response, even tho I know they saw the whatsapp message. (UPDATE: Got the x3 back 4 weeks after the review)
