  We purchased a pair of Beats headphones for our Daughters Christmas present. 5 months later they developed a fault, after 27 phone calls to Simply electronics and 31 e mails they asked us to send them back for repair and that was the last we saw of them, They refuse to answer mails or phone calls(25 to date) and effectively have stolen them from us. NEVER, EVER USE THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY.

  I've bought from Simple Electronics in the past and had no problems so decided to purchase the Canon 70-200mm mark II. The website said it was in stock but unfortunately is wasn't and it took SE 2 weeks to let me know. They asked if I would like something else at a discounted rate which I declined and they couldn't tell me when the lens I wanted would be back in stock. I then asked for a full refund so I could purchase the lens elsewhere. At this point they stopped replying to my emails and I was forced to set up a dispute with PayPal. They have 10 days to reply and then it can take up to 30 days for the refund to appear in your account. LUCKILY I'll get my money back but if you do a quick google search you'll see many people have not!

  I can honestly say this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I purchased a mobile phone on the 12-02-16. On their website they said they have phones in stock and delivery between 2-5 working days. After paying on the 12-02-16, and lots of e-mails and telephone calls to the company, they would not answer my questions of why they were advertising telephones in stock and delivery within 2-5 days when they told me they were waiting for stock to come in. I was then told I was on priority to get them delivered, but they then didn't have the manpower. After reading other reviews and looking at people that have asked for a refund for non-delivery of goods again they have had to wait weeks and weeks and still no refund has been received, so I decided to give Simply Electronics fair warning, and numerous e-mails that if I didn't receive my phone at the start of the 7th week of waiting I was going to get in-touch with my credit card company and get my funds back through them. Which they immediately did after I explained the situation. I am now going to read reviews before I purchase another phone off another company. Hope you read this review, and you don't end up in the same situation that I did.

  Be Careful. I have used them in the past and all went well, but tried to get a Mac Book, first delivery date came and went and then the second and the third was a long way away. I was not in a rush, but things were getting ridiculous. I decided to get a refund which has apparently been processed after aver a week but may take up to 21 days for the money to get to my account. How are they sending it I wonder. nearly two months down and still nearly £900 out of pocket with nothing to show for it. I will just be relieved if I get my money back! not totally hopeful of that.

  WILL I EVER GET MY PHONE ???? I was initially positive and thought it may be a bit slap dash but I don't mind if my delivery is a little late, Then .... I saw the status of my LATE order go from "awaiting courier" to "stuck in backlog" and slowly started to realise, I am not the exception to the rule and I am open to being scammed just like everyone else. So I am now at the stage where It is starting to dawn on me that there is a good chance I will never get my phone ! very sad, I do not have money to burn. I still have a little hope but it is waining by the day. like everyone else, don't buy from here, they will let you down like they have everyone else, pay the 10 pound extra and ensure you will see your merchandise
