::This place is just so perfect for a sunday brunch alfresco ! You will be seated just next to the beautiful pool of Grand Hyatt Hotel, on the 34th floor. The hotel is located in the heart of busy Wan Chai, yet, once seated at your table under the parasol, you will not hear any sounds but the wispers of the customers conversations and the lapping of the water from the pool. Such an oasis. The sunday brunch is mainly frequented by expatriate people. The buffet is just big ! And everything is so fresh, from the loabsters to the fishs and meats and vegetables that will be grilled just in front of you. You should definitely go for the loabsters, the roasted pig and some of the dishes from the grill. Save some space because the desserts are quite good too. What is better than an ice-cream by the pool on a hot Hong-Kong day ? My only concern is that it will be too hot during summer days to really enjoy sitting at an outdoor table. Give it a go before it is too hot and you cannot stand staying outside. Like every good brunch in Hong-Kong, this one offer the free-flow champaign option. Go for it, that was sunday brunch are maid for ... just chill, eat good food and drink champaign.
