::I went for the dinner buffet.The setting in hotel is really good I felt like went into a castle.The restaurant offers a great variety of foods.You can try foods from different countries there.Especially love the lobster,beef fillet and Tangbao.

::The Hainanese Chicken Rice served at Cafe Too in Shangri-La Hong Kong is close to the offering from Grand Cafe in Grand Hyatt Hong Kong serving the same dish. This is a good enough replicate, authentic Hainanese Chicken from Singapore. The tastes, flavor is pretty accurate, and is served boiled chicken only, however the prices are expected to be higher for a 5 star hotel. This is as comparable to Singaporean hawker fare without having the need to physically be in Singapore.
