  Whilst living in Hong Kong between 2009 and 2014, I underwent significant surgery which included having my right ankle reconstructed twice and a disc replaced in my neck within the space of 4 months. Being naturally energetic and active, I was devastated at having to drop all sports and weight-training completely and reduce exercise to walking only. I was in need of months of top professional-level physiotherapy in the first instance, followed later by strength and conditioning in order to 'build me back up' and was recommended Caroline Rhodes and her team at the Body Group by the surgeon who operated on my neck, Dr Yip. The support from Caroline and her team both from a physical and mentally spirit-lifting perspective was outstanding. I was down in the dumps, physically broken and frustrated. The Body Group team became an extended family as collectively they worked to keep me positive and working towards goals to get me back on my feet. I am now swimming every morning, weight-training five days a week, playing football and tennis regularly in the evenings. And perhaps most pleasing, dropped the 30 pounds I gained whist incapable of rigorous exercise. I am forever grateful to Caroline and her team and would recommend The Body Group without hesitation. Thank you!

  Extremely impressed with the service and professionalism of The Body Group. I have been to Rob Murphy for a few weeks now to get to the bottom of a hip flex-or injury. I can't recommend him enough. He has been diligent and determined in getting to the route of the injury, getting me back on the road

  I am so impressed and grateful with the wonderful work done by Dani Figueiras from the Body Group. I had the long-term digestive problems, after his professional treatment, I felt much much better and it is easy to have healthy smooth stool. And also he treated my neck and spine pain in a tender way, i felt fresh and light. In addition, Dani give a lot useful healthy suggestions, such as daily posture to release the tension of neck and legs, special diet to alleviate my allergy. He does show me that he is professional ! Thanks so much ,the Body Group!

  Andrew (Chow) was very patient and skilful in working on each muscle and tendon to release decades of tension and stiffness that had accumulated in my body. After just a few sessions, I was able to stand taller, my breathing felt a lot easier and circulation had returned to areas which had previously been blocked.

  Love the Body Group. Caroline and Falguni are amazing EFT practitioners. After each session, I'm able to put aside negative thinking and improve my overall energy. When I had back pain, Adrian always provided relief through manual therapy. Joy gives the best facials by improving circulation through fascia manipulation. Jenny always gives me amazing service, helping me find an appointment in everyone's busy schedules. Thank you!
