  I have been a patient of Ben's for nearly 8 years now. I had a chronic accident in my teenage years, significantly damaging my spine, knee and hip: consequently I will forever need treatment to maintain my structure. I had seen numerous other chiropractors and another osteopath over the years before meeting Ben, all of whom just maintained a painful status-quo for me. However, under Ben's personal care my quality of life has improved immeasurably over the years: this despite the passing of time, two pregnancies and long, long hours spent in desk jobs with travel attached. When I first saw him I was plagued by constant debilitating migraines that would immobilise me for days at a time. I also had the flexibility of someone in their 60s+ and no ability to work out without injury or excruciating pain. In fact, just getting through a basic week was hard. Nowadays, my life couldn't be more different: I am flexible, I am able to workout with enjoyment, I not longer suffer chronic pain in my spine and, most of all, my migraines have gone. My overall health has improved beyond recognition which benefits both me and my young family. Ben, simply, has magic hands. He is kind, patient, perceptive and always willing to go the extra mile for people in his care. I trust him completely. I owe him so much. City Osteopathy is an extension of Ben, both in terms of people who care deeply about helping those they are treating and as highly skilled professionals. All the staff are incredible. From the marvellously caring receptionist Candy, to Ben's co-osteopaths (a special mention to the wonderful Elaine who looks after me when Ben is away), and all the other health professionals at the clinic, including the very gifted Marcia, their in-house massage therapist. As a patient, you and your health always come first. I value their honesty and their care. I can give them no higher praise than to say I have entrusted them with the treatment of my own extended family. I have also sent numerous friends to their clinic over the years: some with chronic long-term issues like me, some with temporary injuries or needs (especially pregnancy). All have come away singing the praises of this wonderful outfit. In summary, I really can't recommend this wonderful clinic highly enough.
