  Saw terrible reviews on here about this place. I had a complementary foot rub voucher so gave it a go. Massage was quite average and the interior looks a bit shabby in the foot rub room. Complimentary drinks at lobby (serve yourself) are nice and refreshing. Reception staff seem robotic and bored. Some confusing hipster music being played rather than calming spa music.

  Average massage. Gift cards are a scam. Average massage. Beware buying gift cards. There is no expiry date information on the cards but the staff won't let you use them after 6 months. Much better places nearby

  Complete Ripoff! This is a factory, staffed by completely inexperienced so-called "massage therapists". They advertise reflexology, but what they offer is worse than a foot rub performed by a robot. It is NOT reflexology, that much is for sure. They're not interested in giving you a nice experience- they're interested in getting you in and out quickly so they can rip the next customer off equally quickly. Stay away if you don't want to get fleeced!

  Really disappointed with ten feet tall. After reading some reviews I was willing to pay a bit more for an above average massage in a nice setting. The setting was nice but massage was rubbish. Masseuse did not listen to my request for slightly more pressure, seemed to have a random massage technique, and did not say a word to me during my whole massage (fine if you prefer to be left in silence to relax, but at least ask if I have sensitive/problem areas!). Once the massage was over the lady left without ceremony so I had no idea if the massage was even over. Extremely poor show for a 500 dollar massage - felt like a waste of time and money and was certainly not relaxing.
