  Only good if you do one time business with them. But there are hundreds of trophy shops in HK, why not go to one more prudent in their business? They try to rip whenever they could. I made 30 identical trophies with personalization them and each would have different words engraved on it. We paid at once and they agreed we could take the trophies later, as we did not have the names to engrave on them yet. Later, they told us that we must take all trophies home at once (without personalisation). We were forced to do so. Later we brought back for personalisation and they want to charge us extra $150HK each for engraving two lines! (originally they wanted $200, but I have no choice as I did not have enough time to wiggle with them). Later, when I want to make brand new trophy (the same one) - they asked for a price 30% more of them original, claiming that they have to do the art work all over again. Well, totally can't trust them, and there are a lot other shops out there with much better and reliable pricing and services. Don't go there.
