  very bad responsiveness and follow up of orders, bought twice, takes months to get simple orders or your can also get wrong deliveries. They dont reply emails, you need to phone them to get an answer. Get months to get simple goods. Still waiting for goods after ordering a month ago. Do not recommend.

  This company has the worst customer service. We bought a table and a bench. After 1 month, the bench collapsed which was due to the screws not ‘biting’ and one missing a washer. This could have caused serious injury, especially as there is a pregnant person in our household. On contacting Stockroom, we were told that it was up to us to check the goods on delivery and that because the delivery form was signed, they had no liability. There is NO WAY unless the bench was taken apart to be inspected, that anyone would know there was a fault in the installation or mechanics. We now have a 3 legged bench and have had an upsetting experience dealing with Stockroom. They claim to be premium company, but the staff are rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. Buy with caution. I have got better priced, better looking pieces of furniture elsewhere. I am so disappointed that I didn’t research this company more. Social media and other channels are full of negative reviews.

  I have known Stockroom Furniture Outlet or over 6 years now and absolutely love their products. I also appreciate their staff members in guiding me around and helping me with my queries, especially Vicky and Harry. I often visit their Kennedy town showroom where they have a wide collection of furniture. I must say that for such affordable prices, I am very happy to purchase good natural wood furniture from them in Hong Kong. Overall, a very satisfying experience!

  Served by ALEX, the Modern Rustic Recycled Solid Elm Wood Dining Table is really an elegant piece of furniture. The table top is very detailed with wood grain. The highs and joints are done nicely as well.

  Absolutely fantastic experience! Harry was so attentive to our needs and was able to recommend the best sofa to match our home and our taste. One of the best retail consultants we have dealt with and so patient and polite! We have been looking for the right sofa place for a few weeks and we were very pleased to choose Stockroom Furniture Outlet. Bonus: Because they knew that we just moved into our new place, we were offered to put our order on the priority list and finally we got our order 2 weeks earlier than usual. This kind of customer service doesn’t come around that often! Fully recommended!
