::Best chicken broth based ramen in HK. Great soup with intense chicken flavour, chicken chashu is juicy and soft, the delicate deep fried lotus root slices are a good add on. Karaage (deep fried chicken) is different to other places as this is very light in batter, juicy and yummy.

::Really great chicken broth, and it feels lighter on your stomach than the more common fatty pork broths. Also, their Gyoza comes with 3 different types of sauces! Beers could be a little colder though...
