::We have paid thousands in tuition to Mygym previously but will never be a customer again. We were subject to extreme harassment over a $60HKD make-up class fee. Joe at mygym made 5-6 calls to me and my wife every day, starting two days after the make-up class harassing us to pay, even after I explained I just needed to find my bank security keycard to authorise a transfer. This behavior was incredibly disrespectful and is unacceptable.
