  An awesome boxing plus gym place with a combination of very knowledgable and experienced trainer, friendly staff, well equipped facilities and absolutely great atmosphere, what else you can ask for! Highly recommended for both sex, you’ll definitely get your money worth!

  Its a fantastic little gym which provides expert training and fitness. Its also a fun, vibrant and motivating place to keep fit with local and people from all over the world! The atmosphere is so positive and encouraging. The time flies and most of the time you feel like you want more. Chili is very professional and really runs his space well. He can keep up to 12 people busy at once and is really good at keeping track of peoples boxing skills and progression. I recommend spade as one of the best boxing gyms to join if you are looking for fitness.
