  Located in the Prince's building in the central district of Hong Kong, this desert shop fits right in with the beautiful shops and posh atmosphere. It is located at the top floor, keep an eye out for the advertisement above the escalator- we almost missed it. This shop is not enclosed and has a small bar with only six seats available. They sell many flavors or ecalirs as well as still water, sparking water and juice. They also offer a gift shop with small chocolates and other treats available to purchase. We tried the Chocolate ecalir, maple pecan and raspberry. They raspberry was the total show stopper and tasted amazing. They are slightly cool when served and the the filling comes out chilled. This is the perfect treat and is pretty as well as delicious. Yum!
