  A very nice hotel. There is a live band at the cafe restaurant at ground floor near sun set. It fills the foyer with pleasant music. One may find it enjoyable even waiting for friends there.

  Beautiful hotel.. Of a certain older style and Elegance. Enjoy it for that feeling staff is nice, and locals said even though it's older style it's well known for very nice and high level food.

  We had a long trip with many shopping bags when we arrived via shuttle bus to the hotel. At the end of the day, my wife couldn't locate her hand bag, which contains many valuable and personal items. We couldn't recall for sure where we might have left it. The front desk service leader Hayden was extremely helpful, gone out of his way, worked with duty manager Jay and Mabel, checked the hotel CCTV video footage, assured that my wife didn't carry the bag when she got off the shuttle bus, then contacted the shuttle operators, and found the item there. This truly exemplified the outstanding quality of the staff, and their service. We are grateful to honored to stay in this hotel. Thank you Hayden, Jay, Mabel!

  Was only here for one night. It's got very good food and the staff was super nice. We had a pretty massive room which was good. The MTR station was only a few minute walk from the hotel so that's good. There's lots of great shopping areas and restaurants nearby. When getting a taxi, the staff would have a slip of paper of their licence plate for if there would be a problem, you'd already have the information there. The hotel is just very comfortable and it's great.
