  A good quality hotel within a short walking distance of one of the underground stations. Rooms are well equipped, good sized and spotlessly clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is buffet style with a good range of foods, both Asian and European on offer. Step out of the door and you are in the area of an abundant number of shops selling various products and reasonably priced restaurants. We look forward to our return visit!

  上次到香港是住隆堡麗景酒店， 這次雄獅旅行社的朋友推薦這間百樂酒店， 離地鐵站不遠附近也是購物商圈， 逛了一天迪士尼腳痠得要死 ， 來到酒店之後遇到服務非常好的櫃台人員， 小小的給了我們偷偷的大驚喜，免費升等超豪華的雙人超大含客廳套房，第一次住到有小客廳的酒店，還有附膠囊咖啡機【 感覺就是上流社會在喝的， 重點是兩個傻子不知道怎麼煮還在研究咖啡機怎麼使用 笑到我會肚子痛】， 衛浴有兩間廁所也有兩間 可以避免兩個人要洗澡搶廁所的困擾， 房間超乾淨非常的舒服， 尤其是枕頭躺起來超舒服，真的太棒了

  had an unusual stay; the main console that controls the lights/temperature malfunctioned, so some lights turn on without pressing the on switch. the A/C also shuts down even if you didn't turn it off. the hotel offered a new room. besides that, the hotel is generally nice and quiet, with a good location.

  Location is great. It's close to a lot of small shops and is very near to the avenue of the stars. Of the 3 rooms my family got, mine had a couple of small cockroaches. Spotted maybe 2-3 during our stay. The other rooms were clean enough. Additionally, the hotel allows smoking inside the rooms. Ours had a strong residual smell. Take what you will of that. If you're a smoker then you'll appreciate it. Me, not so much but it wasn't that bothersome.
