  One of the most luxurious hotels in HK and one of the most expensive buffet dinner you can eat in HK. The quality of food is very high as expected. Foie gras is available and during most of the time there is a short wait at the counter. Servers are nice and friendly. Book in advance especially if you want to sit next to the window.

  Went for afternoon tea, was great. If you queue around 1.10pm (starts at 1.30pm) you barely have to wait for a table (as opposed to the Peninsula)... Tea refills, nice food, live music (go on a Saturday and you'll see a great Latin music band!!) Staff was nice, attentive and respectful.
