  It's freezing cold in the basement when we went there, after attempted several times of raising the temperature but no change, we finally turned it off. Sounds are good so far and the 2 microphones seem to do the job. Cheap weekdays special with a choice of different lunch and one drink included but cash only.

  Would give 0 stars if I could Terrible service, extortionate extra costs, Saturday night out with friends, staff checks our IDs to get a room, as we walk in we see a basket with two small $7 Calbee chips on the table, told nothing about these chips we assume that they are complementary as we didnt order chips so we open a pack to eat. When the bill arrived, a shocking $158 was charged for 2 "nuts". Shocked, we tell the staff we didnt order any nuts and they pointed towards the two tiny packs of chips and told us to pay. That's FIVE times the price of their all you can eat buffet add-on! Disappointed, infuriated and appalled. 3 students with limited funds who just wanted to have a good time scammed at CEO Neway. DO NOT COME HERE unless you want to finish a karaoke session angry and confused.

  Terrible service $79 for (complimentary nuts) and $80 for fruit platter that comes in even though you didn’t order it. To make matters worse the complimentary “nuts” are chips which can be found at 711 for literally $7. Total rip off and cheap tricks.

  If you don't expect cozy sofa seating, good options of buffet, then it's a fair place for friends gathering. Don't expect a lengthy session unless alcohol is ordered.
