Staid one night, as I had to be.very early next day on the island, and it would have been impossible from home. Room was ok, but it was freezing, even after adjusting the temperature to 24°C, it went down from 18 to 17°... turning the AC off did help only marginally. The bed is quite high (flush with the tabletop!) and way too hard, and the quill did little to keep the cold away. The shower was great, but a big label on the door advices you to keep the AC on to help ventilation... Nice express check out, where you just drop your key card in a box at the exit.

Pros: Clean simple and adequate rooms. Shueng Wan is a good location and close to Central. Coffee and rolls in morning are simple but good. Free Wi-Fi was good. Bed was very firm. Cons: Laundry facilities are down in car park and only 1 washer and 1 dryer. Their "sweat zone" is a joke and not a gym. It is 3 machines (eliptical, rowing and bike) a rack of weights outside on terrace tucked in corner! Lifts are super slow and busy on a Sunday when most are checking out. For 1 or 2 nights this is a good hotel for price especially in hkg where hotels are so expensive.

If you’re planning to stay a night or two, then this hotel is probably fine and you wont notice much flaws. However, if you’re like me and spent a week at iClub then you will run to quite a few issues : 1- During my 1 week stay, one of the two elevators was shut off or under going maintenance at least 1/3 of the time and given how the hotel has about 40 floors, the wait time can be really long. 2- There was only 1 accessible power outlet, which is frustrating especially when you’re two people in the room and want to charge your devices. 3- I don’t recollect whether there were no facial tissues or whether they never replaced them after our first night. 4- Bed sheets are not changed daily. We called to have them changed every 2 or 3 days. 5- No real breakfast at the hotel, theres a complimentary coffee machine, green apple, and toast.
