  Wonderful boutique hotel in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Friendly and helpful receptionist.

  Great place, great location, great rooms, amazing showers. Definitley recommend them. Friend stayed in an ovalo and hated it compared to here. And cleaning service is amazing too.

  A hotel that has an unusual taste than most boutique hotels. The place is at the centre of the town at mid-hills, easy walk to just about anywhere. Room is not small and decorations are gorgeous.

  2 star for housekeeping and other services . Check in, check out and taxi requests are ok... However, I sugguest you pack your toiletries and if you have other ussues that is related to hotel facilities, just do it yourself. I once called the reception for refill of shampoo etc, it never arrived and had to call again! It is a shame really that we try to overlook these shortcomings. Though if you keep coming back and tell yourself perhaps the next stay might be better, it will only turn into frustrations and disappoinments when they keep underminding what concerns you as hotel guest. This is despite of talking issues to people at the reception. They are suppose to help make your stay enjoyable and comfortable.

  Madera is a very beautiful place to stay/live in. With great interior design and friendly staff; the place is also near a lot places to eat and shop, you can easily walk to get the basic stuff you need. Madera is on Hollywood Rd. and near some of the tourist spots, so there'll be tourists walking about.
