  I wanted to buy some cloths, entered the shop. All of sudden my shopping bag broke. I asked the girl if I can buy a bag. She stared at me and replied: I don’t have bags. I just turned back without buying anything. A rude behavior in small incident lost a client for Hugo Boss. Teach your boy and girls curtsey and humanity too. Here is one star for you.
