  Interested in ordering with them after reading their reviews. Have picked out what to order. However, their communication is disappointing , lack of interest in your order and just poor customer service. With so many other options available. I will not recommend this one for sure.

  Ordered a gift from Giftflowers HK this morning and the flowers were delivered at the end of the time slot they had recommended even though I called their customer service to ask for delivery before 3 so the person will be available to receive the flowers. Delivery service may not be reasonable and does not seem flexible.

  I live in the United States and needed to get flowers to a sick friend in Hong Kong. Gift Flowers was very professional and assisted me in every way to accomplish this. They made some very good recommendations and the flowers sent were very beautiful. I would highly recommend them for any of your floral needs.

  Ordered 80 euros worth of flowers to be delivered in Hong Kong as a wedding gift. They never arrived. When we sent a message to ask them to be re-delievred. We had no reply :(

  I have just received the MOST amazing bunch of gorgeous pink roses from my new husband! They were so gorgeous and such a nice surprise waiting on my desk for me at lunch time. AND it came with a bottle of Moet AND a ca-ute little pink bear! What a lucky girl! I should yell at him first thing in the morning more often because now I'm having THE best day!
