::When i first arrived in Hong Kong, it literally took me months to find the right fitness studio! I had always thought coming into a relatively small and convenient city like Hong Kong, finding a place to exercise was going to be the least of my troubles. I really spent the time to go and have a look at some of the fitness studios around Hong Kong island, including your regular run of the mill gyms, Yoga and Pilates studios, zumba, aerobics and even Tai Chi. None of these places were suitable for me and I honestly didn't feel comfortable in most of these places! The trainers were pushy and acted more like sales people, most of the classes seemed uninteresting and generic and not to mentioned some of the prices these places were charging! Anyway, thankfully a friend told me about Flex studio, and im just going into my 3rd week with them and have to say that im absolutely loving it and feeling great! Dedicated instructors who really live what they teach, Flex's classes really make me feel and look great, the perfect full body workout.

::The program gave me the opportunity to take most of their classes and explore different yoga styles from Ashtanga, to Vinyasa Flow, etc, I recommend you go a few times, try different styles, try different teachers, and find what best suit your current life stage, it´s great to have that option. On the practical side the space is beautiful, and always clean, it's a joy to practice there. Yoga is a personal journey, but when you surround yourself with people that are open-minded, devoted to their own practice and willing to share, you enrich that journey. Thanks FLEX!
