::Ordered the 5 cheese platter (and ended up with 6 absolutely delicious cheeses). The staff was very nice and very knowledgeable of the food. He also recommended a delicious wine to pair with the cheese. Overall great experience. They do also accept reservations which is wonderful.

::I was finally able to come here for dinner. The menu looked appetizing but for some reason, it hasn't been so popular. Overall, everything was pretty good. The portions were on the large side. I ordered the hamburger which was really tasty and the salad with beef was really good. The dressing was really delicious, I think it's a French dish. But it was a bad day for me at the restaurant. The first table I was seated at, the chair was wobbly. Our waitress wasn't helpful because she didn't know much about the menu. Apparently it was her first day on the job. Despite how big the restaurant space was, I felt like there weren't enough people on staff. Every time I wanted to order something, I couldn't catch anyone so we had to wait. We ordered the proscuitto thinking it was an appetizer, but the portion was so big! We couldn't order anything else. It would've been helpful if there was a photo on the menu. Overall, I feel like the restaurant needs to get itself together more. It's in a great location and has a nice atmosphere, and if the staff service improves I think more people would come.

::What an absolutely brilliant dinner at Cochin! Chef is freaking awesome. Thank you for spoiling us with so much yummy food. The Foie Gras Creme Brulee was so creamy and delicious. I almost wanted to lick the bowl! The steak tartare and the Octopus will always be my favorites! Seriously the best Steak tartare in HK. Hands down! Mushroom and Foie. Was so good! Never had anything like it before! Oysters are always good. Always one of the best starters! The rabbit burger tho was ridiculous! So juicy and tender! The pickled veggie gave it the right amount of crunch and flavor balance. Beef sausage was something I've never seen before. Served medium rare with the amazing sauce on the side! The show stealer was the pork tho. Damn good. Just perfectly cooked. Juicy and tender with an OMG after each bite. I loved the veggies esp. The Basil mash. I could've eaten all that myself!
