::Worst service..... which moved from HK to Canada, hold our cargoes more then 2 and a half months in HK without any notice, lack of solving skill when we are facing the customs clearance problem without any support and response. Also, bad sevice at the local agent that request us to paid an extra delivery cost due to their own problem. Finally, we have to rent the truck to pick up the cargoes caused extra CAD150!

::The shipment started 4 weeks later than expected from Hong Kong. Repeated phone callas made and emails were sent for the same. the luggage has not arrived yet. We got a phone call that we have to pay extra 350 US dollars since the boxes are "bigger than expected". When asked that this was never mentioned earlier, the lady over the phone said that she is not aware of our agreement in Hong Kong. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.We haven't heard back from the Hong Kong team yet.

::After waiting 3 months for the shipment from Hong Kong to Singapore, all my boxes came but missing 2 LVs and 1 Prada bags from the boxes. They don't deserve even 1 star. Pure dishonesty. Theft.

::Incompetent service from the start....I was never sent a shipping schedule for my goods from HKG to SYD. However, Bagagge XS continually charged me for "storage costs". Only after i reached upper management did action steps begin. I waited 9 months for my goods to arrive, when the shipment finally arrived over 15% of the goods were damaged due to poor packing. i.e. Glass picture frames face down on hard surfaces etc.... Be wary of using this company for any transportation needs. The service was careless and unprofessional.
