After you have a seat at a table, rinse your cup, bowl and chopsticks with tea. 點心專門店 手ごろな値段の點心屋さん。定番メニューは一通り揃っています。朝早くから夜遅くまでやってます。お店に入ってすぐにお茶の種類を聞かれますが、聞かれなかったときはたいていプーアル茶を持ってきます（お茶代：3香港ドル/人）。お茶が来たら、お椀やお箸をお茶でゆすぎます。注文するときは広東語で書かれた注文用紙を使います。漢字を見ればなんとなく何が来るのかわかります。極端なハズレもないと思います。英語が大丈夫な方は英語のメニューがあるようです。
