::It’s a just pickup center. You can’t buy something in here.

::Very spacious and a really good location to pick up merchandise, glad this place exists. They offer discounted items here too!

::It's a little far off from the main areas of town, about 20 minutes train ride from Admiralty station, especially since this is only a collection point. But that said, they are a short 5 minutes walk away from the train station, has very good parking facilities and loading/unloading support. Like most other Ikeas, they also have a very efficient customer service team, self serve packing service, and nicely set up showrooms.

::It's actually pretty easy to get to and fro. There's a bus stop back to North Point and Sai Wan Ho in front and escalators up to avoid having to walk uphill. You can walk straight up through Shing On Road and take the escalators up through the parking complex to arrive at the shopping center.

::Visited the location twice in early October 2017. Location is somewhat out of the way but once you get there, set-up was well thought out - if you have a motor vehicle. Vehicle access is by Octopus card. Loading bay and parking areas are spacious, well lit and clean. Help is attentive and wait wasn’t too long. Goods ordered are loaded on carts facilitating pick-up. Could have been 5 stars if the “Take a Number” machine wasn’t broken or, at least, if it had an “out of order” sign on it. I didn’t know it was broken and dutifully went through its menu, typing in my order number, etc only for the machine to hang. Had to ask an attendant why it didn’t generate a number for me - only to be told that it wasn’t working and that if I needed a number, I should opt for “Returning an Item” instead of “Picking-up an Item” - really?!
