  Old school congee shop, the flavour sets themselves apart from the chains, family run in Tai Hang for almost 40 years, the personal touch is what people come for, as well as their hand made cheung fun and freshly fried dough snacks to go with the cotton soft congee.

  Went twice during my stay at 大坑， the congee was nice though it was full of msg, the noodles are cold and are on the hard side, the 炸兩was good! However, the waiter was not so honest and not sustainable at all as he charged us on those takeaway bowls which he gave us while I asked for an extra bowl for my son!

  Although their 炸兩 is highly praised by others, for me, it's a bit on the soft side. The inner part of the Chinese donut should have a bit more crunch. The great part is, all the Chinese rice roll are made fresh. The plain congee is nice and thick.
