::Scary, untrustworthy, liars. We spend half hour trying to open the locks. The receptionist told us that they don’t have spare keys. Then we called the owner and found out that they have hidden keys. The owner broke into our locker and changed the locks and told us to come another day because he wasn’t there. I made a mistake to trust them with our stuff. Edit (2018-02-08): the owner clarified that there was some problem with the lock as these locks from China and so the key didn’t work (not sure why I would buy that story) but he helped to cut the lock off with this huge clamp thing and gave us another lock to put it up there. Anyhow he was responsive and he stayed for us to clear stuff on Saturday so on that note I would give another star to them and thank you.
