  This place is still behind from 1990s. Not enjoyable shopping experience and the prices are not competitive but rather similar to other department stores which has better shopping experience. However it might cater for locals as it might have their preferred styles and their preferred quality.

  Should be the best department store in Central and Western areas of Hong Kong Island! It always offers very good price in sports wear during promotion periods, every few months

  I can say this is a good shopping center for local people. You may not find interest if you are traveler.
