  The service is really bad. The wine we want does not have enough stock but the staff is reluctant to call off from warehouse or transfer from another store. We have to visit another Watson's branch for extra order and staff there is friendly offering us to call off next time. How can staff from the same brand have so different attitude? Definitely need more training
