  Hello, I would like to post a serious complaint. My family are frequent customers of this Watson's branch, but have recently experienced disappointing customer service. Firstly, my daughter was looking at a Maybelline makeup palette that was already opened. The tape was taken off, and there were finger smudges from obvious previous customers. Then, an employee came and started shouting at her for opening a non-tester, which my daughter was not aware of. My daughter tried to reason with the employee and explained that it had been already opened and she had not touched the product or made any obvious finger swatches. The employee continued to yell at my daughter and shouted in Cantonese, (my daughter does not understand Cantonese), but could tell the words were obviously hostile. This employee proceeded to tell her that she needed to pay for the damages. Of course, my daughter refused because it was not her doing and even apologised. Is this the kind of service you give to your customers? Your employees yelling at them? I shall obtain the name of this employee and report her to the Watson's board of directors.

  Good
