  Updated: April 19, 2018 After the great experience I had with earlier purchases, I decided to make another deal with Watch Outz. They didn't have the particular item at the store, but assured me that it would be delivered after 3pm. A quick intro to the watch and moments later another successful transaction. Why can't all Hong Kong shops be this smooth? Keep up the great work. Thank you again. Original Post: Best Seiko selection in Hong Kong so far, at least for the models I'm interested in. From G-Shocks, Seikos, Grand Seikos, and even a selection of Steinharts! I was one of those customers that walked in 30 minutes before closing. Both sides didn't know what to expect. After a few minutes the dialogue started flowing. English is my first language. Chinese is my third. The entire conversation took place in English with Jacky. He was well informed and educated me on various details about Seiko's many lines. Superior knowledge of JDM watches as well. Answered all my questions and made solid suggestions to accommodate a range of prices. No strange sales pressure or tactics like other local stores I've been to. Super chill, I like that. In the end, I walked out with my target watch and as a happy customer. I will definitely be a repeat patron and will highly recommend them.   Ordered a Seiko dive watch that is limited edition and newly available. Originally told it would be available in 2-3 weeks, I received a message that it was in the shop the next day. Friendly, knowledgeable and fun to talk with, the staff are fantastic. They seem to be able to get any Seiko model desired and have plenty of stock on hand. I'll be back again for my next purchase.   I purchased a sumo and a baby G for my son while in Hong Kong. The owner was very patient as I had no specific watch in mind. A great shop with amazing prices.

  Seiko and G-Shock haven! Excellent range if you're in the market for either of these brands in HK. The price is fair. The owner Mason was very helpful and accommodating, generally just a nice guy. Ended up walking out with 2 Seiko's and a G-Shock. Highly recommended!
