::I appreciated their take and twist on on the localizing the croissants to familiar flavors!

::This place made me realize how important the bread is to make a good sandwich. I ordered the lobster roll and the beef burger and they were both amazing. The place is in the basement (B2) of the mall and is sort of inside a supermarket. Took me a while you find but was definitely worth it.

::Came here to try their salted egg yolk croissant. Tasted quite heavy and didn't quite go well together.

::Love the ambience! However don't go during the lunch hour because it's going to be real packed and there's not many seatings available! Their hot food isn't worth it so go for their sandwiches and cakes!

::Urban Bakery was a tough find. I'm visiting from the states. It took me a bit to find it, but well worth the search. I had their double ham and brie croissant. They used a torch to heat it up a bit. It brought out the flavor of the ham and croissant. There was plenty of meat and cheese, which is hard to find in Hong Kong. The chocolate covered croissant was just as good. You can tell it was made fresh. The chocolate and croissant were not stale at all and easy to eat. The best part of the whole experience was their prices. They were cheap and you got great quality for the price. There were plenty of other sandwiches and pastries to choose from. The line was short and service was fast.
