  the nurses here has no humanity and are very lazy, please do not use the hospital if you require treatment that needs you to stay. it used to be a good hospital. now it gives me the feel that none of its staff want this hospital to continue operating. had a fd received a small surgery in side her nose, the surgery was fine but she needs to stay in the hospital for two more days, the doctor instructed the bandage or whatever its called is to be changed every few hours so that it is not soaked in blood and risk infection. the nurses are extremely rude and lazy, i called them 4 times over an hour, all of them answered but not a single nurse actually come in and change the bandage. another time my father has a condition of severe pain on one side of his face, i dont know what its called but when triggered it grows small bliss with water inside along the places where nerves are on his left face the doctor instructed the nurse to help clean the water from his bliss but none of the nurse come until a nurse manager come and force one of the nurse to do it under supervision after we complained numerous time. the nurse was pissed off and intentionally applied a lot of unessessary force on his bliss as a kind of revenge. not to mention the doctor was very unprofessional as some of the "doctor monitor time" was done over a phone call, which means the doctor was not physically present, i think this kind of service was unacceptable given it is a private hospital

  Very grateful for Dr. Yuen Pong Mo, the nurses and staff at HK Sanatorium & Hospital. Because of Dr. Yuen's excellent expertise and skills along with seamless, sincere service and care provided by the nurses and staff

  Very attentive! All equipments are advanced! Doctors are professionals ! However , not all patients are able to bear the expensive medical services ! A bit expensive !
