  An update: Nothing wrong with the clinic but just the staff Actually was satisfied with the chiropractic treatments but... disappointing experience in the refund process. Recently just called to follow up the refund process, as my chiropractor has left the clinic. It's been more than a month and I assumed that everything has been sorted out. Yet, the staff was answering me in very poor manner when I called there... as said...like... I'm so busy. If you want the cheque, just come as I really don't have time to call you guys. Understood that it may be running out of staff, but the cheque has been ready for a month.... Her manner when answering me was disappointing. Anyway, she did apologize afterward, which i appreciated. Sorry to put that update but hope that she minds her manner, as it's been happening sometimes. *************************************************************************** Great experience at this clinic! Thanks to Ben. He is an amazing chiropractor. He really listens to me about my problems and checks up on all the things for me. He pays attention on my medical conditions and provides suitable medical treatments according to the changes of my medical conditions. I’m glad that I have found him as my chiropractor, indeed. :D From my own experience, I strongly recommend Dr. BEN DYER :) Here is my case: I was suffering lower back pain due to an accident for several months. The acute pain and numbness from the lower back to toes bothered me seriously. At the beginning, I could not even stand, walk or sit more than 10 minutes, not to say going back to normal life and work. It was really depressing. Because of the accident, I stayed at the hospital for a month and no improvement was given. I took heaps of very strong pain killers just helped me to sleep for 3-4 hours a day. :( I was so worried at that moment because the pain and numbness really bothered me and my life. Then I tired lots of possible medical treatments to fix it including but not limited to consultations with different orthopedists, got heaps of physiotherapy treatments and Chinese practices such as bone setting and tuna. Yet my medical condition was not improved :( But after having Ben’s treatments, the numbness disappeared in few consultations. Few weeks later, no more lower back pain. In 6 weeks, I could gradually get back to work. It is really a big improvement to me. Even though I unfortunately got another car accident during my path to recovery, the serious lower back pain came back to me and I couldn’t walk and sit again. Soon after leaving the hospital, I, with the help of Ben’s treatments, could get rid of the numbness and pain in few weeks. And now, I am getting much much much better. I could go jogging and do some exercise now. And no more pain for me!!!!!!!!! XDXDXD Seriously, having a good doctor to help address the health problems is very very important. I am lucky that I got Ben.

  I did have an issue with service level see below in brackets How wrong i was I was contacted by Dr Ben Dyer and Ben kindly apologised and committed to resolving both the service failure and committed to an appointment regarding the issue i had com in for treatment for I was reassured and comforted with Bens genuine approach and desire for a positive outcome 5* all the way (Cannot recommend at all based on my experience the business is based more on obtaining a sign up to a 10 pack of treatments rather than genuine patient care, In my case the package and extras was $ 8000 hkd In this case they changed practitioner 3 x (one staff member left, another was perhaps a junior) and each time was back to square one, thus I could not at all recommend their service or skills Regretfully apart from the obvious one of a very good business model that locks you in with no recourse I guess it's as perhaps its hard to maintain repeat clients , disappointing clinic not recommended)

  My experience with this clinic is great! Here are the reasons why: 1. Very reasonable fee - You don't feel losing a limb and there is no sales pressure 2. Professional expertise - What I should really say is the doctors there went above and beyond to make sure you are on the right track of recovery. With additional rehab exercises implemented in my recovery program that turn me from a cripple back to a normal person! 3. Honesty - I had gone to a several other chiropractic clinics before this one and strangely the doctors in this clinic told me I don't have to come back for adjustments as frequently as from the beginning while I felt like being sucked into a black hole with my prior experiences from other clinics. Don't take my words for it. You have to try it to believe it. The doctors there are very open minded and their true goal is really helping their patient to gain a better quality of life.
