::The mall looks very old and outdated from the exterior and I think it is in need of an overhaul. The interior is reminiscent of an era now gone, though it was well-maintained and fairly clean. There is a plethora of luxury good stores located within the mall. The location is excellent as it is directly connected to Causeway Bay MTR Station Exit A. There was also a supermarket in the basement, which was decent. I really do believe that it is in need of a renovation.

::Shopping at basement super market is great except the take out food counter. The chicken set cost $75 is a bit too much as the quarter chicken meat is dry with average taste. The seller Philipino woman's English...gosh...really hard to understand plus her below average attitude & manner! She needs at least 100 hours of training to be a food seller! Just awful !!!

::I was expecting something more like New York times square scaled down. This was really small and really just a mall. There was the smell of cosmetics all over the base levels. Cigarette butts were all over. Kinda smelly. Area around it was bad. I was worried when I got lost. There are some nice Boutiques, but they only carry Asian sizes so, as an American, it was useless. It is directly in a train station, which is a plus.

::Typical shopping centre filled with luxury goods. Come here to contribute to the economy. But the ground floor has a small performance arts space and is often filled with singers busking. They are really talented with angelic or powerful voices.

::This is an awesome shopping mall full of fashionable stores, upscale boutiques and trendy shops making this area always full of people. Be prepared to brave the crowds when you're here. There's also a lot of restaurants and street food options to be found here. You can easily lose yourself here with so many things to look at and check out or you can decide on just people watching which I like doing.
