  Great yoga studio with a wide variety of classes throughout the day including anti gravity yoga a few days a week. They make good use of space with towels, mats, blocks and a small shower area all freely available as part of the cost of a class. Also good package options available that can bring the cost down to well under 180HKD a class which is very reasonable for HK. Teachers are all very professional.

  I only went to the trial session and had a horrible experience with a rude instructor. Definitely not going back.

  Hot Flow with Katharina. Awesome class. Nice latitude to expand your practice, or lay back at a modified pace if needed. She’s into it, motivating, and informative. Visitor/walk in. I advise emailing...drop in fee 280 HKD. Definitely a nice way to start your weekend in HK.
