  It is really a good and simple place for a 3-star hotel. It has most of your basic needs. They lack soap and shampoo in their bathroom but you can just buy them at 7-Eleven or other nearby stores. The receptionist is friendly and will answer your questions when you call them. We have not encountered any security issues with our things during our stay. Just an advice, do bring adapter for your chargers and other gadgets as they have different sockets in their rooms.

  Affordable place to stay. Breakfast was simple - toast/porridge. Few min walk from Yau Ma Tei MTR only.

  Solid 4 stars. This budget hotel was recently renovated, I think last year, so only need to look at those recent photos. Those old photos (like the pink bathtub, carpet and colored bed sheets) have been replaced. Here are what I like about this place. 1) the location. It's in the middle of Yau Ma Tei. You can walk to left to Mongkok or right to Jordan and Tsim Sha Tsui. When exit the MTR off exit C, it's only one block away. 2) it's everything I need. I.e. a clean room and bathroom, shower with good water pressure. 3) right across from the hotel, there is a laundry mat that I can drop off my dirty clothes and ouch them up in 3 hours. It's inexpensive. Here are 2 things I wish 1) bigger TV. 20ish inch TV is just too small even though the room is small. 2) whenever someone flushes the toilet or showers, you can hear it.

  Excellent value for this area of Hong Kong. Lovely staff and clean, well appointed rooms. Highly recommend.
