  I'm a pastry chef as well and everytime I come back to Hong Kong I look for pastry shops with quality goods. Tartes & Pop was a lucky find! Delicious tartes that appeal to everyone and they use some quality ingredients. Valrhona chocolate (argurably one of the better chocolate houses in the world) is used in their tartes. Raspberry Chocolate Tarte, a classic, simply made but done well. A plethora of textures and good flavours. Matcha Sesame Tarte, nice flavours and works well together. Very different than the usual plain matcha flavour.
