  Accepted my clothes but come pick up time (2pm) all stores are closed and not a single one of their many many phone numbers work. Have a plane to catch and now I'm going to have to travel without any clothes :(

  Easy fast friendly service. Simple charge by weight, great broken English - plenty to get the job done.
