  Betty Chow, Lydia Ng, Locarno Wong and other staff are involved in child abuse of the pupils. They use the fact that many kids have special needs as an excuse to abuse the children. Kelvin, Betty Chow's friend shouldn't even be on the school premises and is allowed to abuse the kids under Betty Chow's leadership. A police report was filed 27th February at Ma-on-Shan police station. You can ask Senior Superintendent Angus Pullinger for more information.
