  The service provided here is excellent. The staff is very prompt in every need not only in SBI Hong Kong but also in SBI India. Yes appointment is to be taken prior going to branch , just to make sure that person doesn't wait for long.

  Bullshit.....worst banking than SBI India....the guys there only sit to warm up chairs...they don't want to work at all.... They will have one or other reason to reject your application and guess they want u to take appointment first....hahaha
