  Subpart service, subpar efficiency, subpar attitude. It's normal to wait between 1-1.5 hours to be served for what can be done in 5 minutes. Utterly inefficient waiting system, that should say something about its standing among HK banks...

  If I had a choice I would give 0 star to this bank. Extremely slow service for simple transaction, had to walk out because I don't have that much time to waste .

  As it's right next to many prominent places nearby, you might expect this particular SC branch to have a slightly higher standard. However, the case is totally NOT true. At the PRIORITY Banking on 2/F, I'm still waiting to be served after 30 minutes. During the waiting period (30 mins), only 3 numbers (clients) were alerted to go in. WTFFFFF NOTE: I have been to the PRIORITY Banking service area of different branches, they ALL are slow like 🐌 🐌🐌🐌🐌🐌🐌🐌🐌🐌🐌 Just RUBBISH
